We don’t always talk about anxiety, but the truth is a lot of us experience it a lot of the time, and talking about it can help us feel less alone in dealing with it. In this week’s episode, Anna and Maria discuss some different ways anxiety has shown up in their lives, including anxiety caused by obvious triggers as well as the kind of anxiety that shows up for a surprise visit with no explanation. Because it can be helpful to hear what has helped other people struggling with similar things, our hosts also talk about the range of techniques they’ve used to address anxiety, from professional help and medication to making art and finding community.
